Strategic Day in Prague
Early in 2023, we kicked off the year with a strategic day in the picturesque city of Prague. It was a time for our team to come together, align our goals, and set the course for the year ahead. The vibrant energy of Prague provided the perfect backdrop for brainstorming and planning, setting the tone for a year of innovation and growth.
Impactful Training Sessions
Throughout the year, we remained committed to nurturing talent and fostering professional development. With a total of 16 training sessions conducted, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Basics courses, we reached a milestone of training 217 individuals.
Summercamp in Vaikuntha
As early summer approached, in June, we embarked on an extraordinary journey to Vaikuntha for a week-long Summercamp experience. Nestled amidst nature's embrace, our team bonded over fun activities, camping under the stars, and adventurous kayaking expeditions along the river. The rhythmic flow of the water, coupled with the melodies of nature, provided the perfect backdrop for fostering creativity among our team members.
Strategic Day in Provence, France
We found ourselves immersed in the charming beauty of Provence, France, for another strategic day. Surrounded by fields of lavender and rolling vineyards, we delved deep into our objectives, fostering creativity and collaboration among our team members. The tranquil setting inspired fresh ideas and laid the groundwork for success in the months to come.
Online Training Initiatives
In response to the evolving landscape of remote work, we adapted by organizing online training sessions to empower individuals with valuable skills. One notable initiative was the Agile Basic training conducted for ESCP, where we had the privilege of engaging with 40 university students. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, we equipped participants with the fundamentals of Agile methodology, enabling them to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Looking back on these highlights, we are proud of the progress we've made and the impact we've had on individuals and teams alike. As we move forward into the new year, we carry forward the lessons learned and the experiences gained, fueling our drive for innovation and excellence.
