Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles – Responsible for the organizational engineering of agile product release. ( 2023-present)

  • Performed RTE role under the scaled Agile framework SAFe® with all corresponding duties.

  • Led ART (Agile release train) meetings, including Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync, while overseeing risk and impediment management.

  • Facilitated dependency management at a release train level.

Cariad SE – Responsible for the organizational engineering of agile product release. ( 2022-2023)

  • Executed the RTE role and coordinated PI planning events (PIPE) under the scaled Agile framework SAFe®.

  • Led ART (Agile release train) meetings, such as Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync.

  • Facilitated dependency management across release trains with external partners.

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH – Coached multiple teams on optimization of agile approaches on scaled environments. (2021-2023)
